The multi-talented, light weight BER metal coffered ceilings
BER metal coffered ceilings are manufactured from steel to the quality standards of the Association of Industrial Metal ceiling manufacturers (TAIM) and comply with the EN 13964 The metal panel ceilings create a fine-tuning of acoustics and a light weight construction.
BER Metal-V ceiling panels are available perforated or non-perforated. The visible surface is covered with BER acoustic fleece covering the perforations and oversprayed with BER acoustic lacquer. Therefore our sound absorbing and sound reflective panels have the same visual appearance. Our Metal-V panels conform to absorber classes A to E. Our Metal-S (sound absorber classes A and C) panels have an acoustic fleece bonded to the rear of the perforations before the surface coating is applied, so that the perforation is discreetly visible. There are several perforation patterns to choose from.
BER metal ceilings are available to suit lay-on, spring tee, exposed grid and hinge down access systems – all of which are fully accessible, also, suitable for use with cooling systems. Our metal ceilings provide fire resistance F 30 and F 90 to DIN 4102.
